  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • ½ cup of cold water
  • 4 stalks of kale, with the stems removed and leaves chopped
  • 1 packed cup of spinach
  • 1 apple cut into cubes
  • 1 lemon with the rind removed and cut in half
  • ½ cup of pineapple
  1. In you high power blender, add almond milk, water, kale and spinach. Give a quick blend. Next add apple, lemon and pineapple. Blend until fully combined, about one minute.
